Workplace bullying highlighted in public service report

A million hours of overtime and a culture of workplace bullying has been picked up by a report into the public service.

Victoria University's Centre for Labour, Employment and Work shows public servants feel forced into overtime, so they can do the job the public expects.

Public Service Association national secretary Richard Wagstaff says it shows workers want to make a difference, but are being held back by unmanageable workloads.
