Top Touring Bands of the Decade Revealed

Pollstar have revealed the top touring acts of the decade and the list includes some familiar names. 

U2 tops the list, and if you were lucky enough to head to their Joshua Tree shows last month, it's very easy to see why. The band were also the only act to top over $1 billion USD ($1,615,456,126.05 NZD) according to Pollstar. 

"U2 stands alone as the only touring artist to eclipse $1 billion according to Pollstar's box-office records, with USD 1.038 billion grossed and 9,300,500 tickets sold on 255 shows." 

The list also features The Rolling Stones & The E-street band in 2nd place, Paul McCartney in 7th, and Elton John in 11th. The full list can be seen below.
