Just like all of us, rock royalty Stevie Nicks is also doing her part to stay inside during this global pandemic.
The Fleetwood Mac frontwoman has taken to Twitter to share exactly what she's been doing in isolation, with her goddaughters, assistant and furry friends staying with her.
Part of this is finding inspiration for new music. Nicks seems to have done so by channeling creativity through artists she admires, and heaping praise onto one in particular... Former One Direction hunk Harry Styles.
“I am getting all my paintings and drawings out ~ listening to music (mostly Harry Styles’ “Fine Line”) and being inspired by him to write some new songs and poetry,” she wrote.
Not only that, she even compared his latest album to their own career-defining record from 1977, Rumours.
"here and there. “Way to go H.~ it is your Rumours…".
Nicks and Styles have previously been vocal about their mentor-mentee relationship, which blossomed Styles caught up with Nicks in London last year.
Nicks and her friends had spent the night at his house for an impromptu listening party for the new album, getting a preview before it was released last December.
Styles also had the honour of inducting Nicks into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame for the second time (her first being as part of Fleetwood Mac in 1998). The duo also performed together at the induction ceremony in 2019.
